Replace weight with CONFIDENCE

Testimonial

was not convinced I would be a good client for Hypnotherapy but something positive must of happened. I can go into a supermarket and come out with a shopping trolley that does not contain chrisps, fizzy drinks, cakes and general junk food. I now plan my meals and really enjoy them. I only eat when I am hungry and not for the sake of eating and something to do. I now divide up my portions and now get 2 or 3 meals out of it rather than eating it all. Feel more positive about life and the new me. Happy I am doing it for me and not for someone else. Patrick is easy to talk to and is a good listener and I would recommend him to anyone interested in doing the gastric band hypnotherapy. In my working life I meet lots of peoplewho have done the crash diets / yo-yo dieting but they have all put the weight that they lost back on. So far I am lossing about 2 – 3kgs a week and am manageing to keep it off. Very happy client and now very content in my life and body.

Benefits of Hypnosis for Weight Release

1)  Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a safe, pain free alternative to risky surgery. Use your mind to change your body.

2) Learn a new, permanent and exciting relationship with food. End unhealthy “yo yo” dieting  by changing the way your mind thinks which results in new behaviours.

3) Reprogramme your mind and remove emotional those roadblocks in your past on your journey to a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food, health and motivation.  You deserve a healthy and happy future AND to enjoy food eating what you want.  You can change for good. You deserve to lose weight and be happy and confident.

Hypnosis is a unique way to alter your weight and shape in that it is individually tailored for each client and addresses the client’s specific psychological and emotional reasons for overeating in the first place.

Help is at hand.

Over eating is a learned behaviour and by harnessing your unconscious resources you can unlearn it. Hypnosis is a safe and effective way to use your mind and body connection to achieve your goals.

How much does it cost?

Instead of paying up to £5,000+ for surgery compared to London Cognitive Hypnotherapy`s – £297  for 4 sessions- REDUCED from £397  only if booked before May 30th.

Is it painful?

No surgery is involved and it is not painful. There are no unpleasant side effects (like the surgery) and Gastric Band Hypnosis/Weight Release Hypnotherapy  is totally safe. In fact hypnosis is a relaxing and pleasant experience.

My Weight Release Change Your Shape package and Gastric Band sessions takes place over 5 sessions, usually with 7 days between sessions.

During hypnosis will I be aware of what is happening?

Yes  hypnosis is a safe and relaxing experience and  you remain aware of what is happening.

The client remains in control throughout the sessions. It is nothing like theatrical or television hypnosis.  No hypnotherapist in the world can make you do one thing unless you actually want to. I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Positive Psychology and powerful mind changing techniques of New Code NLP, the cutting edge way to change minds.

Scientific Research and Hypnotherapy

Effects of Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy on IBS in Different Clinical Settings—Results From Two Randomized, Controlled Trials.

Ocotber 2011

The American Journal of Gastroenterology has reported that, “Gut-directed hypnotherapy has been found to be effective in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). However, randomized, controlled studies are rare and few have been performed outside highly specialized research centers. The objective of this study was to study the effect of gut-directed hypnotherapy in IBS in different clinical settings outside the traditional research units. Two new studies also concluded “Gut-directed hypnotherapy is an effective treatment alternative for patients with refractory IBS, but the effectiveness is lower when the therapy is given outside the highly specialized research centers.” Read the artcile and academic notes by clicking here.

Impact of self hypnosis in women on select physiologic and psychological parameters.

March 2010

Research published on website of The National Center for Biotechnology Information (a US based organisation that advances science and health by providing access to biomedical and genomic information) reported on a study by Marquette University Nurse-Midwifery Program:

“Hypnosis is an innovative, low-technology, self-modulated approach that may contribute to stress reduction and health promotion. Parameters demonstrated increased parasympathetic nervous system activity associated with relaxation during and immediately after the hypnosis experience. Findings from this study suggest that nurses can include hypnosis information when advising healthy women about available stress reduction approaches, as well as tailor their nursing care for women who present using this alternative approach”.
